Whether we are working with you to implement an enterprise wide solution or a small bespoke development project, there will be much more going on behind the scenes than you think. Each project we undertake will be managed by a team of Consultants who will focus not only on the development and implementation but a full range of project services which will ensure the project is delivered on time, to specification and to budget.

Business Analysis, Scoping & Strategy
Full business analysis, requirements capture and scoping study takes place in the initial stages of a project. This will provide the basis for the specification for the system development, the technical architecture and the key functionality to ensure the system will meet project and business needs. We have Consultants with varying degrees of experience, some of whom have been pivotal in producing a range of business and enterprise wide IT strategies for clients.
Project Recovery

Legacy System Support
Our Consultants have a wealth of experience in supporting legacy systems on behalf of a range of public and private sector organisations. We have a large pool of Consultants with a wide range of technical skills, meaning no matter the underlying technology of your legacy system, we are almost certain to have the required technical skills in house.
