Support and maintenance FAQ

What does your support and maintenance service cover?

Pulsion’s support and maintenance service provides specialist support for any web, desktop or mobile software application at service level agreements specific to your needs.

What do you provide as part of your support and maintenance service?

As part of our standard support and maintenance agreement we host, support and maintain a test version of each software applica-tion and website. All software is securely stored, source controlled and included in our automated back-up, build and continuous integration procedures.

We need particular levels of cover – can you accommodate this?

Yes. Our support and maintenance contract can be tailored to include reasonable changes as deemed appropriate by both parties. If you have any questions with regards to specific support arrangements, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss.

System Integration FAQ

What is system integration?

Organisations can have many different systems supporting numerous processes. Making them talk to each other can increase productivity and business efficiency while also saving time and money. We have many disparate systems – can we integrate them all with each other?
